On the occasion of the centenary year of M Karunanidhi, former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, Tamilandu Cinema world orgnaised a grand event called “Kalaingnar 100” at the Guindy Race Course ground, Chennai on January 6. At the event, Shri.Gokulam Gopalan, Chairman of Gokulam Group of Companies was honoured by Tamilnadu Chief Minister M K Stalin with a momento. The event was also a tribute to Karunanidhi’s contribution to the film industry and the state. Actor Rajinikanth, Kamal Hasan, Surya, Karthik, Dhanush, actresses Nayanthara, Roja director Shankar, K.S.Ravikumar and many celebraties of Tamil cinema industry, and Tamilnadu Ministries Udayanidhi Stalin, Shekar Babu and many other dignitaries participated in the event.
